The core of the program. Real decisions, real applications, real conversations you are dreading. We work the problem in front of you.

11-hour session

Resume and cover letter build

Written with you, not handed to you, and aimed at a specific job you want. Yours to keep and reuse.

Wrap-up and forward plan

What you are doing next, in writing, with the steps and the timeline.

Skills module library

Self-paced training on conflict resolution, delegation, interviewing, negotiation, communication, responding to workplace bullying, and leadership.

Direct access between sessions

Email and direct messaging, plus 15-minute check-in calls you can book. None of it counts against your fifteen sessions.

Navigation and networking

Where the roles actually are, who to talk to, and how to be in the room before the job gets posted.
