HI - I’m Damion!

I’m an NCLEX Prep Expert, Nurse Educator, Public Speaker & Content Writer and my soul mission is to help nurses excel in their academic and professional goals by helping them develop strategies for success!

After I learned that more than 20% of new graduate nurses struggle to pass the NCLEX, I decided to create an NCLEX Prep tutoring program that helps individuals develop strong critical thinking skills so they can prove to the NCSBN and their State Board of Nursing that they are READY to earn their nursing license!
